U.S. Army Veteran
Cary Reichbach, one of the co-founders of Grey Team, is a dedicated U.S. Army Veteran with a profound commitment to improving the lives of his fellow service members. Through decades of self-funded research into PTSD reduction, Cary identified isolation and loss of purpose as two of the most significant triggers contributing to the epidemic of veteran suicide. His research has profoundly influenced Grey Team’s approach to veteran support and wellness.
Drawing from his own challenging transition from soldier to civilian, Cary felt a deep sense of duty to alleviate the burden on those who followed in his footsteps. His personal experiences have fueled his passion for creating effective solutions to support veterans and combat the issues they face. As a national speaker and advocate, Cary actively works to promote military health and prevent veteran suicide, sharing his insights and experiences with a broader audience.

Vice President & Personal Training Director
Trish Phan’s love of country is second to none, and her devotion to Grey Team’s military heroes is evident in her exceptional work ethic. As a high-energy, extremely disciplined, and results-oriented personal trainer, Trish is a true professional who approaches the unique challenges that veterans face with enthusiasm and patience.
Whether she is training Special Operation Forces (SOF) to achieve higher fitness levels or helping an injured warrior strengthen their body to alleviate pain and injuries, Trish is completely in her element.
Her expertise extends beyond physical training; she is proficient in Hyperbaric Safety and Operation, and certified by the International Hyperbarics Association. Additionally, Trish is adept in Sustainable Nutrition Planning, having completed executive education at Harvard Medical School. She also holds a certification from the International Fitness Professionals Association (IFPA).
Trish Phan’s unwavering commitment and extensive qualifications make her an invaluable asset to Grey Team, where she continues to make a significant impact on the lives of military veterans.
Board of Director & Medical Director
Dr. Alan Bauman received his Medical Doctor degree from New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY and had internship and residency training in surgery at Beth Israel Medical Center and Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Manhattan before specializing in hair transplant surgery and the treatment of hair loss.
Dr. Bauman provides complementary hair restoration services for qualified veterans who received minimal to severe scalp burns in combat. He is also the lead clinical researcher in Grey Team’s Photobiomodulation (low level laser therapy), as well as many other cutting-edge holistic therapies.
Dante has more than twenty years of experience in payment processing, specifically in compliance, operations, and risk management. As treasurer, his primary focus is working with the Grey Team Board and other executive leaders to ensure regulatory oversight of the organization and financial relationships.
Dante’s experience with compliance and financial audits are paramount to the success of growing Grey Team both fiscally and as an organization across all sectors.
Dante’s history of payments and finance began in 1997 and he has held numerous executive positions within Operations and Compliance. His financial and business background working in both the private and public sectors is a great asset and benefit to the Grey Team Organization.
Dante earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from California State University, Los Angeles.
Lieutenant Colonel Allen B. West (Ret.) is a national figure, decorated combat veteran, and dedicated advocate for America’s service members. With 22 years of service in the United States Army, West earned numerous honors, including the Bronze Star and multiple Meritorious Service Medals. He comes from a proud four-generation military family.
After retiring from active duty, West was elected to represent Florida’s 22nd Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives. He has continued his public service in various leadership roles and is widely recognized for his advocacy on behalf of veterans and their families.
Currently serving as Executive Director of a national constitutional advocacy organization, West is also a frequent public speaker and media contributor on topics related to national security, leadership, and veteran affairs. He joined Grey Team’s Board of Directors in support of their mission to prevent veteran suicide and promote holistic health solutions for those who serve.
Paul Emanuel is a veteran finance executive and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in municipal bond trading, investment management, and business development. As a partner and National Director of Trading at HTD, Paul helped lead the firm to become the top municipal bond broker in the country.
In addition to his professional success, Paul brings a strong entrepreneurial spirit through his investments in real estate and hospitality. His leadership, business acumen, and commitment to excellence provide valuable insight and guidance to Grey Team’s mission.
Passionate about giving back, Paul plays an active role in mentoring veterans through Grey Team’s programs, offering support, career insight, and personal guidance to help them transition, grow, and thrive beyond military service.

David Kirkland is a current Nutrition Care Specialist – Non-Commissioned Officer with the U.S. Army Reserves and a graduate of the National Leadership Institute (NLI) School of Philanthropy. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Diet Therapy from American Military University (AMU) and Hyperbaric Safety and Operation from International Hyperbarics Association.
With a strong belief in the motto “service before self,” David has dedicated both his time and knowledge to improving the lives of his brothers and sisters in arms. As a U.S. Army Reservist, he understands the struggles and uncertainties many veterans experience on a day-to-day basis.
David is also a researcher and consultant with Florida Atlantic University, where he has published several papers regarding military veteran health and wellness as well as suicide prevention.
David’s diverse skill set and unwavering dedication make him an invaluable leader and advocate for the veteran community. His efforts continue to make a significant impact on the lives of military veterans, both within Grey Team and beyond.
Marketing Director & Veteran Outreach Coordinator
U.S. Army Retired and Marine Corps Veteran
Gerardo Ramos-Sanchez is a retired U.S. Army Recruiter and a four-year Marine Corps veteran with a distinguished career in military service. After his honorable service to our country, Gerardo transitioned to a new field, pursuing a career in photography and videography. He earned his degree from Daytona State College, where he honed his skills and developed a keen eye for capturing compelling visuals.
In addition to his academic achievements, Gerardo is trained in crisis management, which equips him with the skills to handle high-pressure situations effectively and support others during critical times. This training, combined with his military background, enhances his ability to address and assist veterans facing various challenges.
Gerardo graduated from Grey Team’s “Operation Phoenix” health and wellness program, a milestone that underscores his commitment to personal growth and veteran support. Leveraging his eight years of experience in military recruiting and photography, Gerardo is dedicated to empowering his fellow military veterans. His unique blend of skills and experiences enables him to provide valuable assistance and inspire others as they navigate their post-service journeys. Through his work, Gerardo continues to make a significant impact, helping veterans thrive both personally and professionally.
