Our Board Of Directors
We are fortunate to have a select group of leaders who bring their own unique background, personality, and network to join us in our mission. These individuals share a deep concern for the well-being our nation’s veterans.
Each of our board members undergo an extensive on-boarding process which includes a background check and training.
Board President & Founder
U.S. Army Veteran
As one of the co-founders of Grey Team, Cary Reichbach is a US Army Veteran. Through decades of self-funded research into PTSD reduction, Cary determined that isolation and loss of purpose were two of the largest triggers for the now epidemic veteran suicide issue.
Based upon his own difficult transition from soldier to civilian, he felt it was his duty to help ease the burden on the warriors who came after him.
Vice President & Personal Training Director
Trish Phan’s love of country is second to none and her devotion to Grey Team’s military heroes is evident in her work ethic. As a high energy, extremely disciplined, and results-oriented personal trainer, she is a true professional who approaches the unique challenges that veterans manifest with enthusiasm and patience. She is completely in her element when training Special Operations Forces to achieve higher fitness levels or just helping an injured warrior strengthen their body to alleviate pain and injuries.
