How We Help.
Personalized Health and Wellness Programs
Providing our nation’s military service members and veterans with innovative, holistic, and personalized health and wellness programs designed to improve their overall physical and mental health.

Reinventing Veterans Health and Wellness
To solve one of our nation’s most neglected issues, US military veteran suicides, Grey Team has initiated Operation Phoenix.
The purpose of this operation is to honor and restore the lives of veterans and active-duty soldiers through individualized, life-enrichment programs.

Untreated Non-Visible Wounds
Of the thousands of soldiers who received non-visible wounds during their service, TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury), PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), etc, less than 50% receive treatment for them. Compare that to the over 95% who receive treatment for visible wounds, and the discrepancy supplies one of the reasons for the current high suicide rate.
We want to change that!
The Grey Team Approach
Grey Team’s health and wellness programs are unique. Unlike many other institutions, we don’t treat the service member’s symptoms. Instead, we attempt to uncover and treat the root cause(s) of their pain and suffering to create lifelong, sustainable change.
Grey Team also understands that because there is no “one-size-fits-all” solution, we develop a detailed understanding of every service member’s physical, biochemical, psychological, and lifestyle needs in order to create a personalized treatment plan that leads to improved outcomes.

Evidence-Based Treatments
Our health and wellness programs have been scientifically proven to provide long-term help and healing for active-duty service members and military veterans struggling with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), traumatic brain injury (TBI), or military sexual trauma (MST), self-imposed isolation, anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideation.
How We Achieve Success
Grey Team’s comprehensive health and wellness programs target the big four invisible wounds: PTSD (Post-traumatic stress disorder), TBI (traumatic brain injury), chronic pain, and self-imposed isolation.
To accomplish this goal, Grey Team has built a world-class headquarters in Boca Raton, complete with personal fitness training, infrared sauna, low-level laser therapy, acupuncture for pain relief, and community safe-spaces.

Yes, on a case by case basis. We encourage all veterans and active service-members to apply for our services, regardless of status.
Studies have proven that many veterans are wrongfully discharged or received incorrect discharge status. Many are discharged due to behavioral circumstances that may have been caused by a service-related injury such as TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) or PTSD. Failure to diagnose these service-related illnesses/injuries may have led to behavior change, substance abuse, or harm to self and/or fellow service-members.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are currently not accepting any veterans from outside the state of Florida as we must abide by local and statewide policies.
Yes, visiting active-duty military as well as veterans may be given authorization to utilize the Grey Team HQ facility, please reach out in advance to [email protected] for permissions.
