FAQ
Why does Grey Team form partnerships?
Grey Team prides itself on seeking out and forming beneficial partnerships with businesses across the United States and around the world to improve the lives of our nation’s veterans in our mission to reduce and eliminate suicide.
Grey Team, its Board of Directors, staff, and volunteers all believe there are no “one-size-fits-all” answers or solutions to preventing military-related suicides. Armed with this belief, we constantly seek out influential, innovative, respectful, and caring organizations to bolster our current programs and/or develop new ones to elevate our nation’s heroes.
How does Grey Team select its program partners?
Grey Team selects all our partners based on the following criteria:
- We evaluate the organization’s rankings in the most prominent nonprofit and for-profit indexes, such as Charity Navigator, Guidestar, and the Better Business Bureau (BBB). We performed a scan of the organization’s board members, founders, key leaders, and reputation.
- We evaluate the organizations’ established programs, products, or services to determine whether they have the ability to benefit veterans positively, such as reducing depression, promoting healthy eating habits, or reducing the need for pharmaceutical medication.
Does Grey Team publish a public announcement when a partner is selected?
Yes, after both parties have signed a Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) and any other essential documents, Grey Team will make an official press release that will be published on all Grey Team assets, which include:
- YouTube
- greyteam.org and all subdomains
- and any other Grey Team partnered social platforms.
