Grey Team’s Program and Scientific Partnerships are a group of nationally-renowned experts health and wellness, natural healing, injury prevention, and suicide prevention, formed to help accomplish our mission of reducing and eliminating military veteran suicide.

WAVi Med - A Road Map To Healing The Brain

The WAVi EEG (or electroencephalogram) is a non-invasive device that tracks and records brain wave patterns. Localized brain activity is recorded via a number of electrodes. Results from the EEG scan provide a roadmap on how to improve veterans’ brain health.

Founded by Toni Goren, mother of two active-duty service members honorably serving in the United States Navy, her mission is to provide products that can immediately affect the cellular health and rejuvenation of a service member’s body.

Purewave Technology has graciously donated one Portable Electromagnetic Ion-Transporter (PEMI) mat, and one Vibroacoustic Electro-Magnetic & Infrared (VEMI) bed to increase the effectiveness of Grey Team's health and wellness protocols.

Chilisleep - Improving Veterans Sleep

ChiliSleep founded by Todd and Tara Youngblood to solve the concerns of all Americans "sleep". has also been working closely with Grey Team to lend their support and services. The first phase of our partnership is a commitment to ongoing academic research into sleep's role in veterans' physical and mental health.

The Chilisleep team donated ChiliSleep’s Cube with Chilipad™, which are water-regulated mattress pads that cool as low as 55°F and allow users to fall asleep faster, stay asleep, and wake up rested. In this second phase of our partnership, our sleep tech products will be a new addition to Grey Team’s on-site wellness tools.

As leaders in the field of neuroscience, the Neuvana team consisting of seasoned engineers, clinicians, and business professionals works together with Grey Team to engineer various tools and resources to help veterans battle Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), anxiety, depression, and suicide.

GO RUCK- Community and Wellness Building and Engagement

GO RUCK is an outdoor fitness apparel company founded by Jason McCarthy, a U.S. Army special forces veteran with the goal of building a stronger community through rucking (hiking).

This partnership with Grey Team will aid in helping veterans come together for much-needed physical activities, which are adaptable to any athletic level, and at the same time reinforce community bonds for mental resilience.

Help Our Wounded Foundation - HBOT

Healing Our Wounded Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that provides veterans and active-duty service members Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy or HBOT. This is a non-invasive medical treatment where a patient is immersed in a 100% oxygen environment while in a pressurized chamber.

Grey Team has a long-standing partnership with the HOW Foundation because this therapy is especially effective for our returning service members who have suffered Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and/or Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

Grey Team, its Board of Directors, staff, and volunteers all believe there are no “one-size-fits-all” answers or solutions to preventing military-related suicides.
