Grey Team Testimonials

Real veterans. Real stories of resilience.

-Real veterans. Real stories of resilience.

They may have worn different uniforms, but our veterans are all members of the same family. No matter their branch, sex, race or discharge status, they deserve a life worth living. Grey Team offers solutions to make sure they get it.

Grey Team currently in Phase 3, a 24-month collaborative program that commenced on January 1, 2020.

During this phase, we’re rigorously testing our hypotheses, optimizing our process, and investing in both technology and human talent.

Additionally, 87% of veterans who participated in Phase 2 of our program have been trained to become official members of “The Grey Team” a group of mentors and advocates for preventing veteran suicide.

Written Testimonials

Grey Team Testimonial - SSG Christian Moreno
While serving in the Middle East, I suffered an injury, causing chronic pain to my lower back. I was prescribed pain pills and, upon returning to the United States, became depressed and unable to cope with life. A soldier in my unit recommended Grey Team, and after being accepted into their program, I am completely off of all meds and have improved all aspects of my life.

Grey Team Testimonial - Christopher Brown
Like all veterans, I have trouble sleeping and staying asleep. Maybe it's because of all the late-night missions or the nightmares I face when I close my eyes. I have tried to be moderately healthy, but it did improve my sleep. I would be lucky to get about two hours in. After entering Grey Team's protocol, for the first time in 12 years I slept for 6.5 hours. To the makers of this thing, you changed my life for the better. Thank You!

Luis Martinez Grey Team Program Participant
I met Grey Team Co-Founder, Cary Reichbach while participating in VA sponsored therapy session for veterans with PTSD. I can attest to the changes in my life since participating in the no-cost Grey Team wellness program. Trish Phan, a GTeam Personal Trainer (DI), has led me through workout sessions that have strengthened my body, invigorated my well being and motivated me to focus on creating a long healthy life for myself.

"Volunteering with Grey Team to help other veterans has given me an opportunity to expand my knowledge base and actually elevate myself, mentally, physically, and spiritually. I am now pursuing my Doctorate in Nutrition and Dietetics to further support those who served before me, with me, and after me."

“The transition that Veterans face is more often than not, more difficult than they expect. Discovering or rediscovering a familiar community is key to starting or reinvigorating that transition. The holistic approach that Grey Team deploys takes care of the mind and the body while giving purpose.”
